Tricia smiled as she listened to her blaring music on her ipod. Her vibrating phone let her know that someone was texting her. She glanced down to see that her phone wasn’t alerting her of a text but instead of her alarm. Picking up her phone and shoving it in her purse she took off running. Outside of the Peck Mansion where rock lay she used her ability and parted the earth into a gap. Moving swiftly through the ground she left no trace that she had been there. Listening to the music she waited like you would in an elevator. Once she was close to where the alley was by the pizza place she made another gap in the ground and climbed up. Again she closed the gap and walked into the existence of the small town.
She smiled to passer-bys and walked into the pizza place where her order was waiting. “I ordered ahead? Tricia Carlington.”
She said to the cashier working there. He nodded and got her order. Paying him Tricia returned to the alley where she made the return trip. At the entrance of Peck Mansion she stopped and turned off her ipod. Walking inside holding the pizza box like a delivery person would she began to journey to her dorm. Hopefully her roomies would be there and want some pizza too. Maybe they would bring friends so that the pizza didn’t taunt her when she was alone in the room… Cold pizza was nasty, but if it was there she would totally eat it. Tricia burst into the room and tossed the pizza onto her bed. Doing the same with her purse she went to take off her shoes but remembered she hadn’t put any on… Hopefully the people at town hadn’t noticed she wasn’t wearing any shoes… Then what would they think of the teens staying at Peck Mansion? Tricia giggle at the thought and pulled out her ear buds so she could throw that onto the bed too. She spun around watching as everything slowed to see the door slowly open. Instantly she relaxed and everything went to normal speed as the person walked in. [/blockquote][/blockquote] 362 :Words Complete :Status Roomies, Open :Tag Spaceman by The Killers :Muse

Jeannie stepped through the door arm linked to her other roomie Tyler. She was carrying large picket signs in her free hand and she was zonked. It had been, yet again, another very long day of protesting.
"I tell you what, you'd think that people would at listen to what you have to say." She grumbled releasing Tyler and stomping over to her bed. "I mean after all the trouble we go through to set everything up and present to them accurate information...well...they could at least listen."
Jean lie there for a moment in silence, her eyes closed. She smelt something and her stomach started to growl. She hadn't eaten anything in awhile. It seemed as soon as the girls had decided to demonstrate against the pot roast the other day, the cooks purposely kept cooking all meat meals. And, frankly, Jean was starving. She sat up and saw the pizza box on the other girls bed.
"What kind of pizza is that?" She asked almost interrogatively.

Tyler walked silently over to her bed and sat on the edge, barely paying any attention to the other girl. She wasn't hungry. She hadn't told Jeannie, but she had been sneaking chicken wings from the kitchen every night. Ti had to admit, Jean was passionate about animals...but she wasn't as much...and she didn't really care if she ate meat or not. She half hoped that the pizza didn't have any meat in it. Ti wasn't really in the mood to hear another one of Jean's bitch fits about the indecency towards animals. It really had been a long day.
Ti slipped off her shoes, a pulled off her loose fitting cardigan so that she was barefoot and in shorts and a spaghetti strap. Then she took her taxi hat and tossed it over on her pillow. Fluffing her hair, she listened with little interest as the other girls in the room talked.

Tricia nodded to Jeannie and Tyler as they walked in. She turned on her ipod and blared the music in one ear taking out the other ear bud. She hated hearing her roommate talk about protesting and yelling at people. It was annoying to hear and she heard it every day. It was almost like the only thing that stopped them from eating meat was all the protesting they did. She glanced up at Tyler and then other to Jean when she asked what was on the pizza. "Just cheese." In fact, it was. She hated bringing meat into the room unless it was her own body. Hearing Jean yell at her wasn't on her to-do list so she avioded anything that would piss her off, like fur, meat, and anything to do with a dead animal. She opened the box and took a piece out for herself. "I saw you protesting the other day at teh pizza place and decided I might bring back a cheese pizza to share with you guys."
Tish glanced at her phone for a second before taking a huge bite of her pizza. She pulled off one of the rocks on the table beside her bed. It was always a comfort to have the earth near her even when the place she was in didn't have it. She munched on her pizza waiting for a text. It seemed like no one wanted to text her that day, not even her brother who was always texting her. "Ugh!" She fell back on her bed, pizza in one hand, phone in the other. "Why won't anyone text me?!" Annoyed she chucked her phone across the room at the wall. She took another bit of her pizza and frowned severly. Texting was her drug, and when no one would text her back it just pissed her off. 320 :Words Complete :Status Jean, Tyler, Open :Tag None :Muse

Satisfied with the food flavor choice, Jean stood, walked across the room and grabbed her a slice. "Ti babe, you better eat a slice too. Its been awhile since you've eaten."
She then took a few bites before setting her pizza aside on her bed table. "You guys just don't understand what its like, to hear the animals and be so close of friends with them and then have to see their death displayed everywhere. It's as if everyone is destroying my family its so...depressing."
Jeannie sighed heavily, lying back on her bed again. It hurt sometimes to be such a caring spirit. She was thankful that she had roommates that were respectful of it though. She could be shacked up with someone like Angela...Zach's little sister. She hardly cared for herself...let alone the animals.
"It's like those people who smoke and drink because they don't give a shit about their own body." Jeannie added, speaking her own mind, as she most generally tended to do. "Once you've lost someone to one of those...'ailments'...all you see is death every time someone abuses." She shook her head.

Ti sat a moment motionless before finally getting up and grabbing herself a slice. Jean could really be bossy sometimes. But, once you got to know her, she wasn't really that bad. She was just...passionate about things. You couldn't get mad at someone just for being passionate...or at least Tyler didn't think so.
She sighed as she slowly nibbled on her pizza. She had to stifle a laugh. It seemed the other two girls in the room were on different plains. Jeannie was all about herself and her causes and Tricia...well she was just sick of it all. It was funny. Not everybody could tolerate Jeannie's passionate nature. Apparently Tricia was one of those people.

Tricia raised an eyebrow at Jean's speach. Amusing. She so terribly wanted to say something about how animals only said one thing to her, Eat me! I'm delicious! She giggled at the thought and stared up at the cieling hoping that Jena would shut up soon. She sat up as soon as She said something about smoking. Her eyes softened and her heart dropped. "I know what you mean. My dad smoked and completely ruined his life by getting cancer, I wish there was something I could do for him!" Tricia slammed her hand down on her bed and stared as the rocks pushed down on her table leaving small marks where her anger had gotten the best of her. Tricia glanced around the room and finally rested her eyes on Tyler. Was Tyler a silent mime or something? It seemed like she hardly spoke. "What about you Tyler? What do you think?" Or maybe Jeannie was just Ti's mouth. She did talk enough for the both of them... Poor Sophmore, no mouth or opinion of her own.
Tricia sat back and took another bit out of her slice. It was strange not having some sort of topping on her food... The sacrifices you made for roommates. If only she could somehow manage to slip some sort of topping onto her pizza without the vegan knowing... Was Tyler a vegan to or just a veggie? They both protested against the same things... Maybe Tyler was a vegan. swalllowing her bite she frowned and wondered what time it was. Maybe it was a bad idea throwing her phone across the room. Standing up she wlaked over and grabbed it to glance at the time before dropping it back on the ground. Phones, pointless when the battery falls out.
