I have, however, roleplayed in MoshiMonsters for 3 years (more experience than it sounds like, trust me).. I found this site by searching on the Proboards Directory.. &&overall personality: Rue is a girl that likes nature; hence, her power of the Earth. She spends most of her time outside, on trees, singing to herself and mostly ignoring the world. She's shy, curious, sweet, and endearing, but also socially closed-off. She's smart, too, what with a photographic memory, and that only brought her teasing back when she lived in Virginia. But when she spends time with her (admittedly few) friends, she's a very caring person.
People tend to trust Rue, and it's a smart thing to do, because even if she does tend to lie, she always keeps secrets. Always. It's a part of her inner moral code. When Rue gets scared, she goes outside unless it's night because she's afraid of the dark. In that case, she will seek out a curious little hiding place--under the bed, behind the heater, a little nook or cranny--, curl up, and sing a lullaby to herself.

&&history: Rue was born in Roseville, Virginia, on a cold December 7. Her parents named her Rue in honor of her mother's deceased sister who died of cancer. Even though her parents loved her very much and cared for her, they were very busy with other matters of life--including being short of money--and Rue often spent time at her cousin Evie's house. When Willow was born, things got complicated. She started spending whole weeks with Evie, while Willow lived with her parents until she turned three. At that point, she moved in with Rue and they practically lived there, seeing their parents only once in a while. Evie was like a sister to them.
At school, Rue was teased for being a 'nerd.' She never had too many friends, but she was very close to Azure Stevenson and Mia Randall. Mia moved away when Rue was 11, at which point Rue was dying for a new life where she could be her normal self and stop hiding her powers.
When she was 13, Rue got a job handing out papers. She heard from one of her clients about Peck Mansion and decided she wanted to go there. She told Evie and her Uncle Stewart, who were fine with the idea as long as her parents approved. Rue called her parents--they approved, and said they believed in her and that she could be her very best. So now Rue is pleased with the chance to be completely herself and starting again, even if it was hard to say goodbye to Azure and her family.
