Zane used to be one of those happy go lucky kind of guys. He was happy, independent, not afraid to speak his mind, always had that huge grin on his face, Eyes sparkling with happiness. Until it happened. After the accident, all signs of happiness were gone from his now lackluster blue eyes, he became withdrawn, and shy. Almost like he was afraid to speak his mind.

&&history: Born in the south part of Italy on the 30th of October in 1993 Zane Darvo and his twin Kiki Darvo had a rather pleasant childhood. He and Kiki grew up with an an older brother and sister and a younger sister who is deaf. At a young age he learned sign language and is fluent in it. He is also fluent in Italian, and English. He and his family moved to the United states when he was 6. They moved to Manchester, Kentucky. He and Kiki started 1st grade at the local school in Manchester. They both made friends easily enough.

Zane was the bookwork and more artistic of the two. Kiki was equally artistic but didn't have the heart to do it to the extent that Zane did it with. He did paintings, drawings with charcoals, and many more with nearly every medium made in art. If he didn't like it, he told his parents that they could sell it. They had enough money to last them a lifetime, but still, it got his art out their. He wanted to be an artist when he grew up, he knew it the first time he picked up a paintbrush at the age of 5.

Until the age of 15 Kiki and Zane were nearly inseparable. His parents, he knew had abilities. It ran in his family. Kiki didn't have any abilities though. Both Zane and Kiki was heartbroken to find out they were going to be separated from from one another. They had that 'Twin Bond' that people would talk about with twins. They finished each others sentences, they always seemed to know when something was bothering the other twin, that closeness that would last forever.

He left for Peck Mansion in late August after their family moved to Prevalence Oklahoma. His parents found Peck Mansion. Told him that he would be going there. At first he protested as he would be separated from Kiki. But decided that he would go. He would come home weekly to visit. Once he got there, he settled in rather quickly. He found he loved painting the grounds of Peck Mansion. He would often go to different locations and just paint or draw. Sometimes for hours at a time. Odd things started to happen. He noticed he didn't get injured when he got 'injured'. Looking up on various abilities he found an exact description of what was going on with him. Invulnerability. After doing some testing he found he didn't get seriously hurt after doing dangerous things. He didn't get hurt that often at all.

The summer after his freshman year in high-school changed his life forever. His mom, dad, Kiki, and himself were driving home one day from dinner. His younger sister at home with a babysitter. They were driving, when his dad lost control of the car. he swerved through lanes of traffic before going into a deep ditch some odd 50-60 feet down on the opposite side of the road, the car rolling several times before it stopped. His ability saved his life. Zane found himself hurt, but not fatally so. His parents and twin were not so lucky. All three of them killed. Zane heart shattered when he saw his sister. He felt like he lost half of his soul.

His older sister and brother came rushing to the hospital when the heard what happened. Zane was in a state of shock. He just had a broken leg. He demanded he be able to see Kiki at least one more time. He did, and when he saw her, he completely broke down. Completely. After it happened his sister planed the funerals and they were buried. But Zane couldn't go back to school yet. He stayed with his sister Mercy and her husband for about a year. That year, he fell into a deep depression, nearly wanting to kill himself several times. Has scars criss-crossing on his arms from when he cuts himself. He found his ability doesn't stop him from cutting himself. Mercy forced him to go seek help, he did. It has helped quite a bit, but he still has urges and quite often ends up giving in. Slowly he has started to get better, his depression lessening, but he still felt lost. His only real outlet, besides the occasional cutting, was art. His art now was kind of depressing though. But it got his emotions across clearly. He has gone back to Peck for a sophomore year. Even though he's older, and that he had been home-schooled He said, rather than skipping a year, he would do Sophomore year. He didn't really care. Entering in on his sophomore year, he found when he got there in June, he could control rocks and other earthy things. Going to the books again, he found Earth manipulation, and he knew that is what he had. With help from teachers he is learning to control his new powers.
