This will also be added to the rules. Just a few things about the IC cbox.

- You may use it ONLY if you are active with that character on the board. I don't want to see anyone being inactive with posting and chatting it up in the Ic-cbox!
- I'm not going to put on a post prerequisite, just be active, ok?
- The ic-cbox is going to theoretically taking place at a lounge type of area in Prevalence. If everyone agrees on a different location, that works too. Also, what happens in the cbox doesn't effect the plot right now. I might have that change in the future, depending on the feedback I get.
